June 7: Today in 1958, Prince was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota.💜 He would go on to be regarded as one of the greatest musicians of his generation. Prince’s innovative style consisted of blending genres and he created a sound all his own. Another one we lost way too soon. JUNE 13: Today in 1975, Peter Frampton played the first of two nights at the Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco. The recordings from these two shows were used to create Frampton’s mega-hit Frampton Comes Alive!
