Just a couple of highlights from this week in music history!

DEC 12: Happy 80th birthday to Dionne Warwick, born today in 1940!🎂🎤 She is one of the most-charted females of all-time with 80 singles (solo and collaborations) making the Billboard Hot 100, R&B, and/or Adult Contemporary charts!

DEC 15: Today in 1977, the Sex Pistols were denied entry into the US. They were set to make an NBC tv appearance. But, due to Johnny Rotten’s drug conviction, Steve Jones criminal record, and Paul Cook & Sid Vicious moral turpitude the US didn’t grant them entry!

DEC 18: Happy birthday to Keith Richards, born today in 1943!🎂🎸As one of the co-founders of The Rolling Stones, Richards has reached legend status for his nearly 60 year career. Photo credit : SolarScott [https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/deed.en]
