AUG 30: Today in 1981, Lionel Richie and Diana Ross were at #1 with "Endless Love" from the movie of the same name. The song was written, produced, and performed by Richie along with his duet partner, Diana Ross. Who remembers slow dancing to this one?!
SEPT 7: Happy 70th birthday to Chrissie Hynde, born today in 1951! Hynde is best known as the front woman of the Pretenders, which she co-founded in 1978.
