AUG 17: Today in 1969, the festival of all festivals, Woodstock, was in the midst of its last night! 🎶🎸🎶🎤🎶 And, what a last night it was - CSN&Y, Joe Cocker, Country Joe and the Fish, Jimi Hendrix, and more performed until Monday morning.

AUG 21: Sadly, it has been reported that Frankie Banali of Quiet Riot passed away yesterday after a battle with cancer.😢 He was the only remaining member of the band’s classic lineup. The drummer not only played with Quiet Riot, but W.A.S.P., Billy Idol, Faster Pussycat, and Steppenwolf. RIP
