Includes Letter of Authenticity for all four autographs from John Spence Authentication Ltd. (JSA) and JSA's QR code/serial number sticker has been affixed to the back of the piece (see images). It is signed by all four in black markers and the signatures are all clear and unfaded. The piece is matted and framed. Hard to find Van Halen items from the "Van Hagar" period with all four autographs.
This signed cover art proof was owned by Vince Richards, who was an on-air personality at numerous rock stations and is now a radio programming executive. A letter of provenance from Richards will be provided with purchase (see image).
