This label award from A&M Records is presented to radio promotion tip sheet FMQB (Friday Morning Quarterback) to commemorate and thank them for their help in attaining success of the single. It's likely the award was made in 1977 given that the single was indeed certified Gold by the RIAA. (Note that this is not a RIAA award).

These are historical artifacts from the year they were produced. As a result they may show signs of wear. Frankly, if you see a 20 to 50-year-old award purported to be in 100% perfect condition, it might be too good to be true. After all, an antique should have "good' wear.
