The third album for the group, it debuted at the top of the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart, fueled by global hit singles "Bye Bye Bye", "It's Gonna Be Me", and "This I Promise You", all of which landed in the top 10 on the Hot 100 chart. The album also charted highly in most world music markets. The album is one of the relatively few in the 2000s to have earned the rare RIAA Diamond award for albums which exceed 10 million in sales, and by 2025 was certified at 12x Multi-Platinum for 12 million copies sold.*

Detailed Item Description: This RIAA 8x Multi-Platinum Album award was manufactured in 2000, making it about 26 years old. It is presented to Gordon Richardson, who worked with NSYNC's team when he was part owner of a concert merchandise and retail licensing company. A letter of provenance from Richardson will be provided with purchase (see image).
The award is in Very Good condition with only minor mars on the frame including a small chip out of the back of one side frame rail, and very minor mars on the plexiglass. It is all original with Ill Eagle Enterprises manufacturer label.

Notes on the condition of all vintage RIAA awards like this one: Please do not buy this item if you want a brand new piece of memorabilia. These are historical artifacts from the year they were produced. As a result they may show signs of wear. Frankly, if you see a 20 to 50-year-old award purported to be in 100% perfect condition, it might be too good to be true. After all, an antique should have "good' wear. If not, you might want to question the piece.
As to where they came from, they could have been displayed in record label offices, recording studios, artist manager's offices, radio stations, private collector's homes and yes, of course, possibly the artist's or songwriter's home. Typically, we don't know all the places they may have been over the years other than what we've stated in the description.
