Columbia/Startime International Records award for Foster The People album Torches, along with the single "Pumped Up Kicks". The group's debut album was released on May 23, 2011. It featured "Pumped Up Kicks", which reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100. The album peaked at #8 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart after hitting #1 on the Top Alternative Albums and Top Rock Albums charts. It also reached #1 in Australia and charted in numerous other countries as well. "Pumped Up Kicks" and the album were both nominated for Grammy awards as well. By mid-2023 the album was certified 3x Multi-Platinum by the RIAA. (Note that this is not a RIAA award).
