RIAA 7x Multi-Platinum Album Award for Faith Hill's Breathe. Released on Nov. 9, 1999 and by July 26, 2001 it was certified 7x Multi-Platinum by the RIAA.
The album includes title single "Breathe" along with "The Way You Love Me", "Let's Make Love", and "If My Heart Had Wings". The first two went to #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and "Breathe" also hit the #2 slot on the Hot 100. The album also topped the Top 200 Albums chart and won a Grammy Award for Best Country Album. By 2003 it had been certified 8x Multi-Platinum. Detailed Item Description: This RIAA 7x Multi-Platinum award was made in 2001 making it 20 years old. It is a first presentation award that is presented to a radio industry executive whose name has been obscured in the photos for privacy. A letter of provenance from this executive will be provided with purchase. Provenance letter can be seen in images with executive's name obscured for privacy. Item buyer will receive a non-obscured copy of the letter.
This serial number RIAA hologram award has a great shadow box design. It is in VG to Excellent condition with only minor frame and plexiglass mars and is complete with original backing paper with Ill Eagle Enterprises manufacturer's sticker.

Notes on the condition of all vintage RIAA awards like this one: Please do not buy this item if you want a brand new piece of memorabilia. These are historical artifacts from the year they were produced. As a result they may show signs of wear. Frankly, if you see a 20 to 50-year-old award purported to be in 100% perfect condition, it might be too good to be true. After all, an antique should have "good' wear. If not, you might want to question the piece.
As to where they came from, they could have been displayed in record label offices, recording studios, artist manager's offices, radio stations, private collector's homes and yes, of course, possibly the artist's or songwriter's home.
