Refund Policy
We want to make our customers happy with their purchases but given that most of our items are one-of-a-kind memorabilia pieces and collectibles, we have a limited return policy. Here is our full returns/refunds policy:
There are three main types of items that MusicGoldmine.com sells, and all have different Refund Policies:
Used, Antique, and Vintage Items including custom collages containing used memorabilia: The vast majority of what we sell falls into this category. All sales are final and we do not accept returns on these items except as detailed in our MusicGoldmine Authenticity Guarantees. Accordingly, please review the detailed information and photos on any item you are purchasing carefully prior to making your purchase decision. If you have any questions about an item prior to purchase, we are happy to provide whatever information we can.
New Items: Brand new items such as the mini instruments we sell can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. They must be returned in original packaging with tags etc. intact, and the original product box cannot be used as the shipping box. We strongly recommend purchasing parcel shipping insurance for returns since we cannot provide refunds on returned items that are received damaged. Item must be received back to us within the 30-day return window at the following address:

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, or have any questions about our refund policies, please contact us at support@musicgoldmine.com.
Exchanges: Other than for new products as listed above we do not offer exchanges.
