RIAA Gold Album Award for Kenny Rogers 21 #1s album presented to and owned by Kenny Rogers. Released on Jan. 24, 2006 and by Oct. 3, 2007 was certified Gold by the RIAA. Remember Kenny Rogers (1938-2020) with this RIAA award.

The album of course included the many #1 tracks from Rogers’ lengthy career including mainstream classics “The Gambler”, “Coward Of The County” and duets with Dolly Parton, Sheena Easton, Dottie West, Ronnie Milsap, Alison Krause, Kim Carnes and others. Many of the tracks made it onto pop charts as well as country charts and many charted around the world.

Detailed Item Description: This RIAA Gold award was made in 2007 making it 16 years old. The award is presented to Kenny Rogers and was personally owned by him. It was acquired in a 2022 sale of his personal awards and items.

This serial number RIAA hologram award in new condition complete with original backing paper and Jewel Box Platinum manufacturer's sticker.

These are historical artifacts from the year they were produced. As a result they may show signs of wear. Frankly, if you see a 20 to 50-year-old award purported to be in 100% perfect condition, it might be too good to be true. After all, an antique should have "good' wear. If not, you might want to question the piece.

As to where they came from, they could have been displayed in record label offices, recording studios, artist manager's offices, radio stations, private collector's homes and yes, of course, possibly the artist's or songwriter's home. Typically, we don't know all the places they may have been over the years other than what we've stated in the description.
