Label Relativity Records award for Joe Satriani's Time Machine album recognizing sales of 250,000 copies. Released Oct. 13, 1993, the album is the fifth studio release from Satriani. It rose as high as #95 on the Billbaord Top 200 Albums chart and would eventually go Gold as certified by the RIAA for 500,000 copies. The album would also net a pair of Grammy nominations in 1994 and 95. This is a label award from Relativity Records presented to Jerry Kamiler, a Transworld Entertainment executive. It is estimated to have been made sometime in the mid-1990s. Note that this is not a RIAA award.
