Original 1978 Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band Original Film Script. This is an original working script for the film which starred the Bee Gees and Peter Frampton with story narration by George Burns (as "Mr. Kite"). Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Earth Wind & Fire, Steve Martin, and Billy Preston also appeared in the film. It also of course featured most of the Beatles songs from the Sgt. Pepper-- and Abbey Road-- albums and lyrics appear throughout the script amongst the dialogue and action.
Various artists covered the Beatles songs in the film and some were critically lauded, such as Earth, Wind & Fire's cover of "Got to Get You Into My Life" and Aerosmith's version of "Come Together". EWF's track won them a Grammy Award.
