RIAA Platinum Album Award for Keith Sweat album I'll Give All My Love To You. Released on June 12, 1990, it was certified Platinum by the RIAA for one million copies sold on July 23, 1990.
New Jack Swing artist Keith Sweat's second studio album produced the hit title track and "Make You Sweat", both of which went to #1 on the Billboard Top R&B Singles chart, along with top 5 hits "Merry Go Round" and "Your Love Part 2". The album itself went topped the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and #6 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums charts. It also did well in the UK and parts of Europe. By Spring of 1991, the album was certified 2x Multi-Platinum by the RIAA.*

Detailed Item Description: This RIAA Platinum Album award was manufactured in 1990, making it approx. 35 years old. It is presented to a The Hit Factory® Mastering, the studio facility in New York City where the track was mastered.
This award is in VG condition with very minor mars on the plexiglass and scratches on the top of the frame. It is all original although its' manufacturer sticker is missing. The numbered sticker on the back of the award is an inventory number from the recording studio, mastering facility or other.

Notes on the condition of all vintage RIAA awards like this one: Please do not buy this item if you want a brand new piece of memorabilia. These are historical artifacts from the year they were produced. As a result they may show signs of wear. Frankly, if you see a 20 to 50-year-old award purported to be in 100% perfect condition, it might be too good to be true. After all, an antique should have "good' wear. If not, you might want to question the piece.
As to where they came from, they could have been displayed in record label offices, recording studios, artist manager's offices, radio stations, private collector's homes and yes, of course, possibly the artist's or songwriter's home.
