RIAA combo Gold album award for the Baby Einstein series of Bach, Beethoven, Mozart and Lullabies releases. The Bach, Beethoven and Mozart albums were released on May 7, 2002, while Lullabies was released on Mar. 16, 2004. They were all certified Gold by the RIAA for 500,000 units sold on various dates in late 2005.

The Baby Einstein brand was founded by former teacher and stay-at-home mom Julie Aigner-Clark in 1996. In 2001 she sold her brand and company to Disney, who released these four albums that all individually went Gold along with many other products. Detailed Item Description: This is an official RIAA Gold album award made in 2005-6, making it 15-16 years old. It is presented to Kelly Hugunin, a marketing executive who worked at Disney on music projects for artists including Hilary Duff, Miley Cyrus, Cheetah Girls, Selena Gomez, Joe Jonas, Demi Lovato and more. (Buena Vista and Hollywood Records are Disney labels).

The award is in Excellent condition with only some very minor mars on the frame and plexiglass. It also has its original backing paper and manufacturer's sticker from Ill Eagle Enterprises.

Notes on the condition of all vintage RIAA awards like this one: Please do not buy this item if you want a brand new piece of memorabilia. These are historical artifacts from the year they were produced. As a result they may show signs of wear. Frankly, if you see a 20 to 50-year-old award purported to be in 100% perfect condition, it might be too good to be true. After all, an antique should have "good' wear. If not, you might want to question the piece.

As to where they came from, they could have been displayed in record label offices, recording studios, artist manager's offices, radio stations, private collector's homes and yes, of course, possibly the artist's or songwriter's home. Typically, we don't know all the places they may have been over the years other than what we've stated in the description.
