Mötley Crüe Signed 1992 Letter w/JSA LOA

Here's an interesting item. In 1992 Mötley Crüe's Tommy Lee, Mick Mars, and Nikki Sixx decided to seek a new singer to replace Vince Neil, who had quit in February of that year (or been fired, it is not clear which). The remaining three members auditioned various promising singers. This is the letter signed by the three sent to one of the singers who auditioned, telling them that they weren't getting the gig.

The singer is referred to as "Kelly" in the letter (their full name is not known). John Corabi (previously with Angora and the Scream) eventually became the group's lead vocalist for a few years but in the end, Neil ended up rejoining the group in 1997.

An interesting piece of Crue history from the 90s, the letter is dated Feb. 25, 1992. Framed for display and includes JSA (James Spence Authentication) Certificate of Authenticity for the autographs.

Don't be fooled by other "signed" items on the Internet or in stores. Ask to see a COA/LOA from top authenticators like JSA (James Spence Authentication), PSA/DNA, Beckett, or REAL (Epperson). You'll find that most sellers won't be able to provide this.
