Fantastic vintage 1980s-90s BC Sweet tour jacket in shiny black polyester-type material with BC Sweet logo on back and front. Zipper front, orange polyester-type inner lining.

Sweet fans are likely familiar but Sweet lead vocalist Brian Connolly formed the New Sweet after he embarked on a brief solo career for a year or two after parting ways with the other three members of Sweet in 1979.

To settle disputes that developed  at some point in the 1980s over uses of the band name, the New Sweet became Brian Connolly's Sweet (BC Sweet) while Sweet guitarist Andy Scott's version was called Andy Scott's Sweet. BC Sweet consisted of Brian Connolly on vocals and a revolving cast of other players on guitar, bass, drums, and keyboards. The jacket would accordingly be from sometime during the group's active period from roughly the mid-80s to mid-90s.

Jacket has no brand or size label but size is estimated to be men's medium. See photos for condition but overall it is in Very Good condition and could be worn or would make a fantastic display item. Remember Sweet's Brian Connolly (1945-1997) with this vintage piece of Sweet memorabilia.
