Just a couple of highlights from this week in music history!

OCT 19: Today in 1986, Cyndi Lauper was at #1 with “True Colors”. Through the popularity of the song, Lauper founded the True Colora Fund to help LGBT youth homelessness.

OCT 20: Sadly, today Tony Lewis of The Outfield passed away in his home at the age of 62.😢 The singer, songwriter, and musician had been working on solo projects the past decade and was still touring as Tony Lewis of The Outfield. RIP Photo credit: MusicGoldmine.com
