OCT 19: Today in 1986, Cyndi Lauper was at #1 with “True Colors”. Through the popularity of the song, Lauper founded the True Colora Fund to help LGBT youth homelessness.
OCT 20: Sadly, today Tony Lewis of The Outfield passed away in his home at the age of 62. The singer, songwriter, and musician had been working on solo projects the past decade and was still touring as Tony Lewis of The Outfield. RIP Photo credit: MusicGoldmine.com
