SEPT 1: Happy birthday to Gloria Estefan, born today in 1957!🎂🎤 She began her performing career in the mid-1970’s when she and her cousin met Emilio Estefan. He had started a band and Gloria and her cousin were asked to join. She and the band would go in to international fame selling an estimated 120 million records worldwide!

SEPT 4: Today in 1966, The Troggs were at #1 with “Wild Thing”. It would stay at the top for just two weeks, but it has become a 60’s era classic!
